A Needs Request (or "Treba" in Russian) can be arranged by speaking with or calling the priests directly. If you are unable to reach them by telephone, you might want to try their email (if it isn't an urgent matter). Another option is to try to speak with them at the appropriate time before or after any of the daily services at the Cathedral.
